How many days have I abandoned my blog? Let me count.. one... two... three.. four... LOL!

I've no idea why I don't feel like blogging nowadays. Maybe I'm tired after coming back from college? Now, I'm not in a mood of blogging too, but I will try my very best to rant kkk. Eh, I will just have this post as a random one. I'm lazy to use "formal" sentences, pardon me. I want this post to be finished in 15 minutes time so that I can have the rest of my time before going to bed to play PS2. I'm not playing Final Fantasy 12 anymore for a reason which I'm lazy to mention. I play Kingdom of Hearts now. It's a Disney product game(all the characters in Disney are invovled, the Final Fantasy, too! Sounds fun, right?)

I got kitchen pratical class today. Damn fucking freaking dicking fun okay? I enjoyed every moment in the kitchen, haha, since I seldom do cutting, slicing, aah, all the -ing -ing -ing in my house kitchen. Learning how to cut those veges in a professional way makes me feel great. I'm going to tell you the funniest thing of the day. I just know that the "short bean" I always eat is actually called french bean. Wakao. So paiseh.

Well, I just talked (or maybe showing off is a better way to say it) about today's pratical class to my dad. Heh. I told Bernard about it, too and he said it's a good thing cos when we get married next time, at least I know how to cook for him =.=



I'm just learning basic culinary skills, lah cos I will be choosing Rooms Division instead of Food & Beverage in my second year. And in my third year, I will be taking Hospitality Marketing & Management, not Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management. Lastly, in the fourth year, I planned to take International Hotel & Restaurant Management instead of Management and Engineering of Food Systems. So the conclusion is... my course is not into food & beverage. Haha!

After kitchen pratical, I went Leisure Mall to meet Bernard. Hehe. I miss him (: Was supposed to meet him yesterday but he was too over tired so he rather sleep than meeting me ):

Hmmm... About yesterday, I went to the Lemon Grass Restaurant for our lunch. The Year 1 Term 2 students were serving and cooking for us. I tell you, I hate French Onion Soup, loh. Totally onions, wtf! But I like the fillet fish, damn nice okay. And French people really like to eat breads. The "opening meal" is a "round bread" with butter. Then, the soup has a "slice bread" in the middle topped up with cheese. Luckily there is no bread in the meal. And the dessert was bread again, this time with cool almond cream.

The whole meal costs us RM18 per person. We got the meal voucher which at first we thought the drinks are included, who knows, the voucher is only for foods. We have to pay for any beverage ordered, if not, drink plain water, haha! I don't mind to pay RM3 for the pink guava juice I ordered if it was tasty, but the outcome was really bad. We can't blame them, too since they are still learning. But it's just a simple drink leh? Pour the pink guava syrup and add water?

And I fucking hate the new timetable, loh. Actually not much changes, lah. Just that the afternoon class on Wednesday is pushed foward to Monday from 4-6pm. Damn pissed off. 9am-6pm on Monday from this week onwards. Not the management that wants to changed it, it's the students! They fucking no brains okay. The lecturer was just asking whether we want to push foward or not, then the majority said yes. They thought push foward very fun, can go back earlier mah on Wednesday. But do they even think that how can we digest everything on that day? We got a total of four classes okay? Chill, janice :D

Aah..it's more than 15 minutes already. I will just end my post here. I just remember that I want to catch the drama in AEC. Bye.
